How to play Aviator: step by step

   Cash out before the plane flies away. The multiplier climbs from 1.00x. Press Cash Out at any moment to take stake times multiplier. If the plane flies away first, the stake is lost.

   Use auto cash out. Type a multiplier into the auto cash out field and the game cashes out for you at that level. This is the one setting that removes reaction time and nerves from the equation.

What happens in a round

Every round starts with a short countdown while bets come in. At zero the plane takes off and a multiplier starts climbing from 1.00x. It climbs slowly at first and faster the longer the round runs. At a moment fixed before the round began, the plane flies away and the multiplier stops. Every bet that was cashed out before that moment pays stake times the multiplier at the moment of cash out. Every bet still in the air is lost. Most rounds end below 2x, a good share end between 2x and 10x, and a small number run into the hundreds. The history bar across the top of the screen shows the last rounds so you can see the distribution for yourself.

Provably fair: check any round yourself

This is the part that answers the real question behind "is it fake". People assume the game watches their bet and crashes early to take it. Aviator is built so that it cannot. The crash point for each round is generated from a combination of a server seed, which the casino commits to in advance, and seeds contributed by the first three players who bet in that round. Because the server publishes its seed in hashed form before the round starts, it cannot change the outcome afterwards without the hash no longer matching. After the round you can take the seeds, run them through the same calculation and confirm the multiplier was what it was always going to be.

Almost nobody does this, and that is fine. The point is not that you personally will verify a round. The point is that the operator knows anyone could, at any time, and one mismatch would end the game's reputation permanently.

What 97 per cent actually means

Aviator's published return to player is 97 per cent, which is high for any casino game. Slots on the same platforms typically sit between 96 and 96.7 per cent. Here is the part that people misread. It does not mean you get 97 rupees back for every 100 you stake. It means that across every player and millions of rounds, the game returns 97 per cent of everything staked and keeps three. Your own session can be anything at all. Over a long enough run, though, three per cent of everything you put through it is gone, and no strategy changes that number. So "real" and "profitable" are different questions. The game is real. It is also, by design, not profitable for you over time.

Aviator strategies and bankroll: what actually works

No strategy changes the 97 per cent. What a strategy can change is how fast your balance moves and how much of the decision you leave to your nerves. Three honest ones, with the arithmetic.

1. Low auto cash out

Set auto cash out at 1.2x to 1.5x and leave it. At 1.5x the round has to fly past 1.5x for you to win, which happens in roughly two rounds out of three, so most rounds pay 50 per cent on the stake and one in three loses the whole stake. Over 100 rounds at ₹100 that is about 67 wins of ₹50 and 33 losses of ₹100, which lands close to 97 per cent of turnover, exactly where the maths says it should. What you get is a slow, predictable curve instead of a spiky one.

2. Two bets, one safe, one long

Use both panels. The first bet cashes out automatically at a low multiplier, the second rides for 5x or 10x. The first bet pays for the second most of the time, and the long bet occasionally lands. It feels like a hedge. It is not: both bets face the same 3 per cent margin, so the combination loses at the same rate as either alone. What it does is let you chase a big multiplier while the balance drains more slowly than if every bet were a long one.

3. Fixed loss budget, then stop

Decide the amount you are willing to lose before you open the app rather than during. Divide it by 50 and make that the stake. When the budget is gone, the session is over, regardless of what the history bar looks like. This is the only one of the three that reliably protects the balance, because it is the only one that limits the number of rounds the 3 per cent gets to work on.

What does not work: martingale and every doubling scheme, because a run of eight losses at 1.5x happens about once every 4,000 rounds and costs 255 times the base stake, which is exactly the run that empties the account; waiting for a "due" big multiplier, because rounds are independent; and anything a predictor or a signal group tells you, for the reasons below.

Aviator real or fake: predictors, signals, clones

Predictors

These are apps that claim to read the next multiplier before the round starts. They are the single largest category of Aviator fraud in India, and the search volume behind them is enormous, which tells you how many people are looking. They cannot work, and the reason is structural rather than technical. The crash point is generated partly from seeds contributed by players in that same round, which means it does not exist as a fixed number sitting on a server somewhere waiting to be read. There is nothing to intercept. A predictor showing you "next: 2.4x" is showing you a random number with a countdown animation attached. What they are actually for varies. The cheap ones display ads. The expensive ones take a subscription. The dangerous ones ask you to log into your casino account through their interface, which hands over your credentials and your balance.

Signal groups

A Telegram channel posts "cash out at 1.8x this round" and sometimes it is right. It is right because at 1.8x it will be right most of the time by simple probability, not because anyone knows anything. The business model underneath is usually a referral link. You are asked to register at a specific casino through the group's link, at which point the group earns a commission whether you win or lose. Some run a second layer: a paid VIP tier with "better signals". The free tier exists to sell the paid one.

Hacked and modded APKs

Files advertised as "Aviator hack apk", "Aviator mod" or "Aviator premium unlocked" are the most harmful item on this list, because installing one gives an unknown party code execution on the phone you also use for UPI. They cannot do what they claim in any case. The game runs on Spribe's servers, not on your device. Modifying the client changes what you see, not what the server decides. A modded APK showing you a 50x win will not put 50x in any account.

Clone apps

Search "Aviator" in any app store and you will find dozens of games with a plane and a rising line that are not Spribe's Aviator. Some are honest imitations. Some are unlicensed copies with no verifiable maths at all, where the crash point genuinely could be set to whatever the operator wants. This is the category where "is it fake" has a real answer of yes. The original is verifiable. A copy with no provably fair record is not, and there is no way to audit it from the outside.

How to check what you are looking at

• Look for the Spribe name and the Provably Fair label at the bottom of the game screen. If neither is there, it is not the original.
• Open the game from inside a casino you already have an account with, rather than from a standalone download. Licensed operators carry the licensed version.

No. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 was passed in August 2025, and the Rules under it were notified on April 22, 2026 and came into force on May 1, 2026 together with a new regulator, the Online Gaming Authority of India. The law bans every online money game regardless of the skill-versus-chance distinction, so a crash game with real stakes is covered no matter how the operator describes it. Advertising and promotion are a separate offence, and banks and UPI gateways must block the payments. The stated enforcement target is operators, advertisers and financial intermediaries; there is no known case against a player. What is certain is the flip side. Nobody in India will help you recover a balance from an offshore casino, and winnings are taxed at 30 per cent from the first rupee under Section 194BA, with no tax deducted at source.

Most people asking whether Aviator is fake have lost money on it and are looking for an explanation. The explanation is usually not fraud. It is that the game is very fast, very volatile and designed to be played hundreds of times an hour. A slot gives you five seconds per spin and a bonus round to wait for.
